Now our new challenge is to ensure uninterrupted, safe and quality electricity supply and to develop a management free from brokers and corruption. For this, customer-friendly programs like Alor Pheriyala, Alor Guerilla in Disaster and Mobile Meeting have been organized. In addition, volunteer groups have been formed under each line through which public involvement and customer-friendly environment are created so that no new opportunities for broker corruption are created. In addition, trees and bamboo bushes under the line are kept clean, if there is any problem with the line anywhere, inform the office and provide assistance if necessary, which is very important for uninterrupted and safe electricity supply. Still in many areas valuable transformers are being stolen by organized crime, some unscrupulous customers are stealing electricity through hooking and meter tampering, as a result of which both the association and the customer members are being financially affected. Due to many respected customers not paying their electricity bills regularly, the cost of manpower and vehicles is increasing unnecessarily. So let's pay our electricity bills regularly and build a strong resistance against all irregularities, brokers, corruption and organized crime and it is possible to turn Faridpur Palli Bidyut Samity into a customer-friendly, service-oriented, financially capable and self-reliant organization.
